Overview
Airspace Logistics Hub is a logistics platform that helps businesses and couriers manage orders, shipments, and day-to-day operations. EpicAura redesigned the platform to create a more centralized and efficient experience, bringing key logistics workflows into a clearer, more connected system.
Challenges
Managing logistics operations had become increasingly difficult as orders, shipments, and operational information were spread across different workflows. Research revealed that more than 70% of users struggled to effectively manage and track orders, creating friction across day-to-day operations.
The challenge was to simplify these workflows and create a centralized experience that gave stakeholders greater visibility and control over their logistics operations.
